Application Scope

Recoloring and edge spraying for TPU outsoles

Instructions for Use

1. Pre-treatment before spraying. The quality of pre-treatment directly affects ink adhesion. Generally, the outsole surface contains contaminants such as release agents (wax-based), oil stains, hand perspiration and dust, which must be thoroughly cleaned first.
2. TPU outsoles are internally colored foamed products and have pinholes of varying degrees. Without putty filling treatment, it is difficult to achieve a smooth surface finish. The ink mixing ratio should neither be too thick nor too thin. Too thick will cause poor drying; too thin will reduce filling power and fail to cover tiny pinholes. Adjust the mixing ratio flexibly according to actual outsole conditions.
3. Stir thoroughly before use. Seal leftover product promptly.
4. Do not mix with other paints or inks.

Precautions

1. Stir fully before use, allow to stand for 15 minutes, then filter prior to application.
2. Minimum full curing time of the ink film is 24 hours. Longer drying time may be required depending on film thickness and temperature.
3. Do not stack and package sprayed parts until solvents in the ink film have completely evaporated and the surface is non-blocking.

Storage

1. Keep away from ignition sources; store in a well-ventilated and cool area.
2. Immediately reseal the container after opening if material remains unused to prevent solvent evaporation and contamination.
