Hydrographics activator is an indispensable auxiliary material in the hydrographic transfer process. Its core function is to activate and dissolve the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) base layer on the hydrographic film in water, re-liquefy the printed patterns and inks, and finally transfer them onto the substrate surface.
Main Functions
- Dissolve and activate the PVA base layer of hydrographic film so that it dissolves in water, while the patterns are retained and adhered to the product surface.
- Re-liquefy the printed ink on the film to complete the transfer process.
