2. Application

- Specially formulated for surface treatment of TPR materials. After treatment, TPR can self-bond, bond to itself, or achieve instant bonding with other materials. Bonding strength can reach substrate failure.

3. Features

- Fully meets the production quality requirements of original P+R keystrokes. Bonded products can withstand tests from -40℃ to 100℃ boiling water immersion.

4. Operation Instructions

- Thoroughly clean the bonding surfaces of TPR parts; remove dirt and grease, then wait for the surface to dry.
- Apply ZS-206 treatment agent evenly on the TPR surface. Wait for solvent evaporation (5~10 seconds), then apply adhesive for bonding.
- Bond strength reaching TPR substrate failure can be achieved after 1~3 minutes.

Note: For tiny TPR components, fully immerse them in ZS-206 treatment agent for 3~5 seconds in one go, then take out immediately. Leave them to allow the treatment agent on surface to evaporate completely before adhesive bonding.

5. Precautions

- Store away from fire sources, heat sources and direct sunlight.
- For products past shelf life, inspect for abnormalities before use.
