2. Application

- Specially used for surface treatment of TPU materials. After treatment, self-adhesion, mutual adhesion or instant bonding with other materials can be achieved, and the bonding strength can reach material failure.

3. Properties

- Fully meets the quality requirements for the production of original P+R keys. Bonded products can pass boiling water test within the temperature range of -40℃ ~ 100℃.

4. Operation

- Thoroughly clean the bonding surfaces of TPU materials, remove dirt and grease, and wait until the surfaces are dry.
- Apply ZS-203 primer evenly on the TPU surface, wait for the solvent on the surface to evaporate (5~10 seconds), then bond with adhesive.
- Strength up to TPU material failure can be obtained after 1~3 minutes.

Note: For tiny TPU parts, you may fully immerse them in ZS-203 primer for 3~5 seconds at one time, then take out and set aside. After the primer on the surface volatilizes completely, perform bonding slowly with adhesive.

5. Precautions

- Store away from fire sources, heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Products past shelf life shall be inspected for abnormalities before use.
