A type of flux.
Raw Materials
Made by dissolving rosin powder in alcohol.
Form
Liquid
Introduction
Solvent-type rosin water, generally used for thinning paints, is an organic solvent blended from octane, nonane, ethylbenzene, xylene and trimethylbenzene.
Definition
Compliance Standard: RoHS
Main Application: Soldering on PCB boards
Environment-friendly no-clean flux
Main ingredients: Organic activators without solid rosin. Good anti-oxidation performance, low residue on boards after soldering, fast drying and high surface insulation resistance. No white powder forms on component surfaces after soldering.
Features
Rosin water is formulated with high-quality refined rosin and special solvents. It features high activity, oxidation resistance and fast drying. It delivers strong soldering ability with full and smooth solder joints, avoiding bridging and cold solder joints. After soldering, no residue remains on the board surface and it is non-tacky with high surface impedance. It is specially designed for post-treatment coating processes of PCB boards.
Low smoke emission and low pungent odor; will not pollute the working environment or harm human health. It will not contaminate tracks and fixtures of soldering machines. Fast tinning speed and moderate wettability, enabling reliable soldering even for tiny through-holes.
PCB boards treated with rosin water obtain excellent solderability and oxidation resistance, making it the preferred process for modern PCB manufacturing.
Good fast-drying property and non-tacky surface; will not compromise the insulation of connectors after soldering. Passes strict surface insulation resistance test and copper mirror test.
