Release agent: Applied before the pre-milling process to separate workpieces from hot melt adhesive.
Polishing cleaner: Used ahead of the polishing wheel, serving both polishing and cleaning purposes.
Phiki edgeband cleaning technology (introduced from France): Spray release agent before pre-milling and cleaner before polishing to achieve optimal results with polishing wheels; oriented toward environmental protection.
There are also specialized subdivided products such as PUR/EVA dedicated board cleaning solvent, glue pot cleaner and glue shaft softening cleaner.
Usage Reference
Compatible with most domestic and imported edgebanders.
Conventional post-edgebanding panel cleaning is labor-intensive and time-consuming. The combination of dedicated cleaner and spraying device can greatly improve efficiency.
Notes for glue pot cleaning: Heating plates/tubes are mostly located at the bottom and side walls. Static heating results in slow heating in the center. Proper stirring or increasing the speed during the melting stage is recommended.
