PCB cleaning solvent is an eco-friendly stencil cleaner specially developed for screen printing of printed circuit boards. It has a mild fragrance and provides a pleasant working environment. It can effectively remove various screen printing inks, especially suitable for cleaning screen-printing green oil without damaging the screen stencil.

Physical Properties
Appearance: Colorless clear transparent liquid.
Density (20℃): 0.970~0.975 g/cm3.
Water solubility: Miscible with water.
Instructions for Use
1. Manual brushing method: Dip the circuit board into PCB cleaning solvent for a short while, then scrub the board with a brush. It accelerates dissolution of rosin and removal of flux residues.
2. Ultrasonic cleaning: Fix circuit boards in fixtures to prevent damage to electronic components caused by ultrasonic vibration, then place them into the ultrasonic cleaning tank filled with PCB cleaning solvent. Set proper ultrasonic frequency and cleaning duration.
3. Storage and waste liquid treatment: Collect waste liquid in dedicated containers and hand over to government-authorized recyclers. Store in tightly sealed containers in a cool and dry place.
